SCUBAPRO Pocket Weight Belts make weight adjustment easy, even when floating on the surface. Simply open the Velcro closed pockets to slide weights in or out.

on 1/22/2015 		Hello and thanks for your question. These belts can be used for soft or hard style weights that are inserted in the weight pocket. That said there is only enough of the standard webbing to be able to cinch the belt to your waist. Thanks, Bill

on 8/5/2021 		Hello, I can suggest that the pocket versions allow you to put in soft weights and those are better than the lead versions when it comes to dropping them on a pool surface or even a foot.
