Following Trilastic system concept, Mares created the Mares Trilastic 5mm Boot which is one of the most comfortable hard sole boots. The Mares Trilastic 5mm Boot was engineered to grant the highest control and power transmission during finning action. The neoprene area around the ankle is made of super-elastic material. The lower section, in standard neoprene, ensures warmth and adherence. Rear notch for the securing the fin strap in place.

on 6/14/2019 		I just ordered these boots. I see on the FAQ that if I wear a 10 shoes size, I should order 9 boots. Is that advice still valid from 2011? Is this the same item that the question was asked in 2011?

on 6/14/2019 		Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The 2011 information depends on if you are a woman or a man inquiring. The correct answer for you shoe size example would be, if you are female and wear a size 10 shoe you would order a men's size 9. If you are male you would order size 10. The boot sizing is based on Men's sizing. The female size will always be one bigger than the male. Another example would be if you are a female shoe size 8 then you would order the men's size 7.
