Allows for adding a diver down or other flag of your choice to your innertube (flag and pole not included). Make it easier to spot tubers as they float down the river or in the lake, or use flags to designate each tube to a specific person. If the tube is being used as a surface marker for divers or snorkelers, add a diver down flag to alert those on the surface to the presence of people below.
