Description

Cressi Pressure Gauge Module

Replacement module for the Cressi Mini SPG and Instrument Consoles. The gauge is a high-quality instrument housed in a chrome-plated brass case. The front glass lens is made to act as a pressure relief valve. In the event of a sudden increase-in-pressure inside the instrument, the glass rises slightly, allowing the excess pressure to escape. The gauge may be available in different models.

The imperial version has readings in PSI, the metric version has readings in bars, while the global has readings in both systems. The imperial dial reads from 0 to 5000 PSI. For at-a-glance monitoring of air pressure, the instrument's face is divided into three different colored zones: the area from 600 PSI and below is highlighted in red with a solid bar and red stripes. If Gauge is used on deeper dives, the red scale extends and fades to 1,300 PSI, this provides for added reserve air indication required at greater depths.

From 600 to approximately 3,000 PSI is Green and from 3,000 PSI to the end of the scale is blue. The metric dial reads from 0 to 350 BAR. For at-a-glance monitoring of air supply, the instruments face is divided into three different colored zones: the area from 50 BAR and below is highlighted in red with a solid bar and red stripes. If the gauge is used on deeper dives, the red scale extends and fades to 100 BAR, this provides for added reserve air indication required at greater depths. From 50 BAR to approximately 200 BAR is green and from 200 BAR to the end of the scale is blue. The global version has a dial in both PSI and BAR systems.
