I had just returned from my latest dive trip and when I unpacked, my xp-10 housing was in pieces. Found this replacement, got it in a couple days, used a hair dryer to soften it up a little and the computer popped right in. I like that the strap was way too long and I cut it to fit. Thanks.

Oh yes it did and thanks for the follow up. I have 2 brand new tanks, I wanna do nitrox so they have been inspected and oxygen cleaned. You can't get pre mix nitrox around here! So now I bring in the manifold for inspection and assembly. I have an excellent experienced mentor guiding me! It's taking some time ,but it will be a good setup. I've made 2 orders and received great service both times. The first time the Suit I ordered didn't fit and honestly it was my fault, I had measured incorrectly, but I called and they provided me a label to return and walked me through how to properly measure and waited on the phone while I did it and resent me my suit right away. 2nd order there was an issue with the bcd manufacturer shipping to them in time as they were moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. They knew I had a dive planned and worked with me to find the BCD I had ordered and expedited the shipping (at no cost to me) to make sure I get it in time. Great Dive Shop who deserves the business.

Hi Bill: Indeed it all did. I was nervous about the fins as they are massive, so i did a bonsai order from amazon of some size large versions and they barely fit my barefeet only. So xl and water sneaks it will be. We just landed in belize today and are headed out to San Pedro for the holidays. I'll be putting everything through a thorough test in Neptune's playground over the next 9 days. Been mostly above the waves for the last 30 years, but getting back into it eagerly! This company has fantastic customer service. First I was notified that they are out of stock on my item and when I needed the product by. I gave them my travel date, which was 11 days away. The store contacted the supplier. Once they were told there was not a guarantee that the supplier could get it in time I was contacted and offered a full refund. This rarely happens these days. Most retailers would not care to spend this much time on a small order (under $20). You have earned a new customer for life.
