I wear size 9 mens shoe what size should I get 7-9 or 9-11

Answer	by Bill on 8/25/2016	Hello and good question. If you have a normal or even narrow foot I would go with a 7-9 if you have a wide foot I would go with 9-11. Hope this helps, Instructor Bill

I have a 10.5 wide foot. What size would I need? What is the weight of the pain? And how long are they? Thanks, Neil
