Cressi Start Pro BCD

Ultra durable construction from 1000 and 500 Denier Cordura.

Designed primarily as a rental BC for resorts and dive schools, the Start Pro gives students and customers the stability of a jacket style BC and the convenience of weight integration. Diver operators will appreciate its bullet-proof construction using 1000 and 500 Denier Cordura and large, easily seen size markings on the shoulder.

The proven performance of the AC2 piston first stage and compact, easy breathing qualities of the AC2 Compact make an excellent regulator for divers entering the sport and for resort and dive shop rental departments. With very few parts, the AC2 is a real workhorse regulator, proving high reliability and ease of maintenance at a very reasonable cost.

It’s unique shape make it easy to purge and deploy quickly.

An ideal second stage for use as a safe second, the Compact delivers big-regulator performance in a small, easily stowed package.

Cressi Mini C2 Depth and Pressure Gauge Console

Compact and built to last, this two-guage console combines a Mini SPG and depth gauge.

The textured boot is easy to handle, even while wearing gloves, and can be rigged with a clip or bungee and secured to the diver's BCD for a streamlined profile in the water.

  • Pressure gauge dial is color-coded in red, green and blue for instant readability
  • Reads pressures to 350 bar or 5000 psi
  • Maximum depth indicator reads to 70 meters (230 feet)

I've been diving for quite a while off and on, and finally decided to get into it much more regularly. So I decided to go with this basic setup for both cost, ease of use, as well as quality. This is definitely better than what you'll use from a place you rent from, but is all similar in use. In your training, you may have used your BCD inflator hose as your safe second; with this setup you get an octo. Overall, this setup is super comfortable, and super adjustable.
