Sherwood Triton Open Heel Fins

Looks old school but derived from years of research.

Triton by Sherwood is a new fin with three vents between the foot pocket and blade that provide additional thrust on the down kick and decrease drag on the up kick or recovery. Foot pocket shape and size derived from years of research to satisfy the most exciting requirements for comfort and power. The Triton Fin is positively buoyant and floats if they come off. This open heel fin has adjustable straps with quick-release buckles and a large heel pull tab that combined for easy donning and doffing. The fin blades ribbed design focuses the water down the length of the blade for increased power and thrust.

on 10/1/2015 		looking for fins that have more power for current than my present Mares Avanti. Trying to decide between Scuba pro jet, Sherwood Triton and Mares Volo power . I am 220 lb. male casual diver. Thanks, Mark

on 10/1/2015 		Hi Mark, If you are looking for a lighter fin go with the Triton, the ScubaPro Jet fin is quite heavy and the Volo power is right smack in between in my opinion. I would also look at the Xstream Mares fin along with the sea wing nova as well. Hope this helps, Thanks, Instructor Bill
