What are the measurements for a small & medium? My waist is 25" & bust is 34. Is it truly 20 lbs for the lift? I don't swim so i want to be be absolutely sure i'll be okay w/ this. Pls advise.

Answer	by Bill on 4/4/2013	I would go with a medium, but remember these are not PFD's so if you dont know how to swim you may want to consider a PFD.
