on 7/5/2014 		How does this attach to the boat. Is it a loop that needs to hang over something or is it Velcro. Also, description says zipper or Velcro bottom, which is it? Thank you!

on 7/17/2014 		Finally and answer: It does have a loop on the top that you put over something. The bottom is also zipper.
