I have only been diving two years and started out just purchasing equipment with no insight on what I was getting. Mostly I got lucky, however I never loved my fins. I heard about the Scubapro Supernovas online and took the plunge. These have quickly become one of my favorite purchases! My prior fin ws the Aqualung Phaser which were okay but, I always felt like I was losing some power and wasn't real mobile. All that changed with these fins. They are better in currents and I find I am much more mobile under water. They are expensive but, for me very worth it. I will add that the foot pocket is a touch tight for me in the medium.
