I've looked around on Amazon and other sites for scuba equipment and ALWAYS windup buying from Online Scuba, they either have better prices or the same as others. But the real reason why I choose Online Scuba is they answer my technical questions with expert knowledge which you can't get from Amazon and most other sites, not to mention their excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things about them and when they run their "Free Wet Suit with a purchase of $300" you usually get a top of the line suit. Keep up the great work Online Scuba, I've told all my scuba diving friends about you.
With many competitors offering the same price..i.e Amazon, Ebay, and other dive retail shops, I called onlinescuba.com directly for a fast shipment, technical questions, warranties, and any returns I might need.
Surprisingly, the business owner took my order, and was happy to answer all my technical questions. You don't get that kind of customer service from Amazon, or Ebay!
I received my order in two days (NV to CA). Upon arrival, I inspected my newly purchased gear for fitment. My stature is 38 yr. male, 5'10, 155lb. The ML size BCD (what I ordered) fits only with a 6/5 mm wet-suit, not without. The BCD was too large, so I returned it for a Medium.
OnlineScuba.com had a medium size BCD in stock and made my return very simple. A new medium BCD was delivered in 2 days and fits well with or without a suit. The equipment was brand new and OnlineScuba.com receives a 5 star rating for customer service from me as well as a return customer!
