Description

Zeagle Stiletto Back Inflate BCD

A rugged BC for travel and local diving that doesn't compromise on features.

The Stiletto is designed for divers who do both warm and temperate water diving but don’t need the twin tank capability or higher lift of a heavy-duty BC. It has sufficient lift and weight capacity for most average- sized divers to use in their local environments, yet packs easily into a lightweight travel system.

FEATURES

  • 35lb lift capacity low profile retracting bladder
  • Personal Fit System (PFS) sizing
  • Reinforced 1000 denier nylon construction
  • Sewn on lumbar Pad
  • Two zippered utility pockets
  • Adjustable elastic waist panels
  • 5 Stainless steel D-rings
  • Adjustable sternum strap
  • 24lb capacity Ripcord weight system
  • 16lb capacity rear mount weight system
  • Dry weight: 7.4 lbs

I dove with a standard BC (non-back floatation) for 13 years, never upgrading, (mostly due to cost) but I had heard that the back floatation will tend to push your face into the water when on the surface...not true this bc works fine both on the surface and excellent under the surface! love the weight integration, nice not to deal with a weight belt, especially since as my suit compressed, my belt seemed to always spin around during the dive, and I would surface looking like a newby, and no one likes that.

I want a BCD that does it all, I dive locally in Southern California and travel to warm water locations sometimes. Is the stiletto the bc for me since I want a travel type that is rugged enough to handle socal waters as well?

Hi there, the Stiletto will definitely work well for your needs. The weight isn't too much either, which helps when you are traveling. It is only about 7 pounds. Feel free to give us a call at 1.702.897.5111 or 1.866.728.2293 so that we can discuss different options for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jamie, Customer Service
