Those measurements put you right on the border between Small and Medium. We will need the rest of your measurements (chest, waist and hips) to better determine which size would be better suited for your body. I am not clear on the second question, but if you are asking if we will ship to France, then the answer is yes.

Does it fade when used in Chlorinated water? Is it good to do laps in a swimming pool?

Hello, as with anything in a chlorinated pool it will not last as long. In the case of lycra suits, same thing. You can prolong this by rinsing well with fresh water and letting it dry out of the sun.
