Clumsy and floppy when attached, even after securing with cable ties. Unless an extra-long inflator hose is used, there is not enough reach to put in your mouth easily - requires you to do contortions during an emergency!!! Diaphragm vibrates loudly when breathing out of water. Didn't bother trying in water because of these problems.
