I Received My Order Damaged, What Do I Do?
If you received your goods and they were damaged, we ask that you DO NOT try to fix, repair, or alter the product in any way. Please contact Customer Service either by phone (1-866-728-2293) or e-mail and provide your order number, a brief description of the damages and how the shipment was packaged (e.g., was the box crushed, ripped, holes, etc.).
We will contact our supplier to ship out a replacement immediately. Once a replacement has been arranged to ship, we will contact the shipping carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep the item received along with its original packing, in the event the shipping carrier decides to pick the damaged goods up for inspection.
