Excellent customer service!!!!!

This website is by far the best SCUBA website out there. I ordered about $550 worth of items, of which one item was not in stock. I was notified and upon requesting the other items to be shipped they obliged.

I worked with Robin in customer service and was pleased at the quick response and excellent customer service. I was kept up to date, and after finding out there was a problem from the vendor I decided to get the item elsewhere.

I would buy from them anywhere. Especially after the horrible experience I had at Scuba.com
