I'm considering this package for my girlfriend. Can you provide some guidance re BCD sizing? Obviously a perfect fit is best, but that aside is it better to be on the snug size or the loose side? Also, is this package geared toward warm water diving? Thanks Steve

With BCD sizing you will want to consider what type of diving she will be doing such as cold water diving with a thick wetsuit will require a bit more room than warm water diving with a shorty. There is a size chart link for the bcd sizing but I say go for the larger size for flexibility. Most new divers like the bcd snug but as experience is acquired I have noticed that they start to loosen them up. The BCD has lots of adjustments so if she is close to the next size I would go larger not smaller. This package can be used either Cold or Warm Water diving. Hope we have answered your question.

Are all of the items in the package new/unused? Not refurbished? Also, if the BCD doesn't fit right can you exchange it for another size?

We do not sell refurbished equipment and are authorized dealers for all of our scuba gear, which means every item is backed with a full manufacturer warranty. If the BCD does not fit you can exchange it for a different size provided the item is new/unused and has all its original tags/mfr packaging. As stated in our returns/exchanges policy, you have 60 days to return an item.

Can I upgrade to the ScubaPro MK2 Plus/R295 Non-Balanced Scuba Regulator? If so what would be the price difference?
