I show that Bare only has attached boots so no they would not have ankle seals.

Is this the kit with the pair of wrist seals, glue and everything you need to change the seals, or just the seal?

Hello, Good question!! This is just the seals as most folks will take these to a company that will install them. We offer them because overseas clients and professionals who need back ups and cannot wait. Hope this helps, we do know that Bare will install them for you as well.
