Are these fins light weight and can you wear boots with them??

Hi There,
These fins are mainly for snorkeliing and can be used with boots but are not made for that. Your call but if they are 3mm soft sole boots it should be fine for your needs. Lots of folks wear 2mm socks as well. They are light weight and should be perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving.
